Seeing Results!

Hello friends, I apologize again for being away but I was a little under the weather, I am back! So, here I was on my weight loss journey, things were really going well at this point. I was losing weight, I was roughly 6 weeks in and had lost 25 pounds so I felt amazing. I was still doing my walking, that was for sure helping. Mike doing it along with me was an extra bonus, we were doing it together. I was trying new recipes, I was even making recipes up, they were actually really good and tasty! I never felt like I was on a “diet” that is what made it easier.I was not hungry, I was eating plenty. I started really feeling better overall, which was so great, I had not felt like that in a while. To be honest, I did not realize how bad I felt until I started losing weight and feeling better, I hope that makes sense. I guess I thought the way I was feeling was normal, it was most definitely not and it did not take me long to realize that. I am going to share the recipes I used on this blog very soon, in case you guys want to give them a try, I promise they were all good. I had also got some blood work done during this time from my Oncologist and she was amazed at how things were looking, my liver enzymes were so much lower, cholesterol was really good, just everything was finally going in the right direction. It was such a good feeling!
