ENT Appointment

I left off off with us waiting on the results from the Mayo Clinic. It was literally weeks of waiting, I am not even kidding. We were beside ourselves, we called the ENT daily, they were as amazed at how long it was taking as we were. I was thinking what is taking them so long, I mean I do not know anything about how they test stuff but good grief this was ridiculous. FINALLY, we get a call the results are in! We had to make an appointment, it was the very next day. We get there, kind of knowing what they were going to say but still holding onto a little hope, at least was holding on to hope, Mike knew what was coming. We get back there and yep, Mike has cancer. It was confirmed through the Mayo Clinic.. Mike was fine, I tried to hold it together but I was terrified. I mean we had waited so long, had this spread? I was praying not. He wanted us to see a radiologist to see what we needed to do as far as a treatment plan. He kind of told us what to expect but wanted us to hear it straight from the radiologist. We left with our world turned upside down, yet again..
