
Burns Burrito Bowls
Ingredients
Shredded Chicken I I bake breast for this recipe)
Black Beans (drained)
Corn (drained)
Rotel (original or hot whichever you prefer)
Tomatoes (I use cherry)
Cauliflower Rice
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheese
Taco Seasoning
Directions
Bake Chicken in oven on 350 for 35 minutes
While the chicken is cooking, drain black beans and corn
Put black beans and corn in pot on low
Slowly add in Rotel
Shred Chicken and place in skillet on medium heat
Add package of taco seasoning (as instructed on package)
Mix chicken and taco seasoning
Add beans, corn and rotel into the skillet
Mix well
Cook Cauliflower Rice (I use Microwave bag)
Add rice to the bowl you are serving in (individually)
Place mixture from stove on top
Top with sour cream, tomatoes, shredded cheese and anything else you like, this recipe is super versatile to fit all taste buds! Enjoy!
