Crust-less Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients:
Ingredients
Rotisserie Chicken/Can chicken/Chicken breast
Cream of chicken soup (large can)
Frozen veggies (2 bags-you can use 1, we like a lot of veggies)
Chicken Broth (1 cup)
Salt/Pepper (to taste)
Directions
In skillet combine chicken, soup and broth
Simmer over medium heat for a few minutes
Add Veggies and salt/pepper (to taste)
Stir well
Cook over medium heat until warm
Set to low and let cook until ready to serve

You can use fresh veggies if preferred (you will want to cook them longer)
Add different seasonings to dress it up a bit!
If using chicken breast you will want to cook that in the oven first
