Slow Cooker Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients:

Frozen Turkey Meatballs (you can make your own!)

BBQ Sauce (whatever brand you prefer-I use G Hughes sugar free)

Can Pineapple (2 cans) (chunks, rings, tidbits-whatever you like)

Butter (1/2 cup)

Salt/Pepper (to taste)

Directions

Combine butter and 2 cups BBQ sauce-warm until they are well mixed together

Put meatballs in slow cooker

Add butter/BBQ sauce mixture-cover meatballs well

You may need to use extra BBQ sauce to cover all meatballs

Drain pineapple and add to slow cooker

Mix until well blended

Add Salt/Pepper to taste

Cook on low for 2-3 hours

Move slow cooker to warm after meatballs are cooked

You can also use red meat for this recipe for the meatballs if you prefer

You can do this same recipe in a skillet, using medium heat

Serve over rice or with side veggies
