Spaghetti Squash/Zucchini Skillet
Ingredients
Spaghetti Squash
Marinara Sauce
Zucchini (3)
Fresh Parmesan Cheese
Seasonings (whatever you like)
Directions
Pre-Heat oven to 350
Cook Spaghetti Squash and Zucchini (I used 3 zucchini).. For the spaghetti squash clean out the seeds, oil and season the inside (use your favorite seasonings), oil the outside a bit. Place upside down on a baking sheet.
Cut the Zucchini into round slices and add seasonings (I used melted butter, garlic salt, onion powder, garlic powder and olive oil) Place on baking sheet
Place both baking sheets (spaghetti squash and zucchini) in the Pre-Heated oven. Cook for about 30 minutes and check to see if soft.
Remove both sheets from oven. Take an oiled skillet and shred the spaghetti squash in the skillet. Add the Marinara sauce. Give it a good stir. Add the sliced Zucchini rounds on top. Let that sit for about 10 minutes. Add fresh Parmesan Cheese.
